SchoolPool

SchoolPool is an online tool that is part of the Get There Oregon platform, hosted by Oregon Department of Transportation, that helps match parents and caregivers who are driving alone to school with other drivers from the same school to share rides. This tool is free to use for K-12 schools in Oregon.

Use the toolkits below for resources developed for different types of SchoolPool users:

Safe Routes to School Coordinators can help promote the tool with school or district leadership, and support schools to modify these resources to meet their needs

Network Managers set up the program at a school or district, and work with the Get There team on technical issues and inviting families to join

Families can access information about the tool and how to sign up, and should be directed to resources from their school after the school is already set up in the system
